House Rules

Chapel House is non smoking property.

No parties or events.

Please note that the decking immediately outside the Chapel back door sits next to a stream so may not be suitable  young children without supervision.
We would prefer guests to remove shoes on entering the property. 

One small well behaved dog is allowed for an additional £30 charge. Please bear in mind the following:

• A basket of towels will be left just by the front door, if your dog is wet or muddy then please towel them off by the front door before you go into the house.

• Any damage to the property or furnishings may be charged. Please make us aware as soon as practical. 

•  Dogs must not be left unattended at the house.  

• Please do not let dogs on the furniture or upstairs on the beds at any time. You may incur extra cleaning charges if you do.

 If emptying rubbish into the house council bins please only use the small bins by the side door do not use the neighbours larger bins. 

 We ask our guests to kindly leave everything as they find it and to be sensitive to the environment and turn off all electric items when they leave.
